Returns
Return Period
You may return items purchased from H&R Showroom within 14 working days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please fill out the contact form on our website and include your order number.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, only tried on, and returned in original packaging with intact labels. Packaging must be neatly opened, not torn.
- Items such as saddle pads, rugs, fly veils, boots, bandages, girths, bridles, saddles must be clean, free from animal hair, oils and odors. Products with hair, stains, damage, or odors will not be accepted or refunded.
- Custom-made items:
- Saddles from Prestige Italia or other saddles cannot be returned or exchanged. Prestige Italia saddles made by order - After the first fitting, adjustments (excluding changes in configuration or color) are made at our expense; however, shipping costs (~50 EUR) for such adjustments are covered by the customer. Further adjustments and related costs are fully borne by the customer.
- Custom-ordered helmets, riding boots, and personalized/embroidered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Underwear, socks, and gloves are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
- Bits and other mouthpieces must be returned clean and unused, unless labeled as test items. Bits showing chew marks or signs of use are non-refundable and may be subject to a fee.
- Discounted items or outlet/sale items (including supplier or special-order sales) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item has a manufacturing defect. In that case, please fill out the contact form and provide your order number.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and their expiration date cannot be extended.

Important: You must notify us before returning your item. If no prior communication is made, we may not accept your return.
Return Costs
All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Special Orders
- Custom-made items may be returned unless excluded above (e.g., saddles, helmets, boots).
- The customer covers the return shipping to our store.
- A manufacturer return fee (~25 EUR) is also payable by the customer.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 30 working days.

Shipping Damage or Loss
If your shipment arrives damaged, has missing items, or has been tampered with, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted later will not be accepted.
Please provide:
- Photos of the package from all sides, including the shipping label
- Photos of the contents of the parcel
- Close-up photos of the damaged item from multiple angles

If an item is registered for shipping or return to the supplier and is lost during transit, the courier service is responsible. H&R Showroom is not liable for losses caused by couriers unless additional insurance was selected by the customer.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation Rules
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
If your item is custom-ordered and marked as ordered by our supplier, the order is already confirmed and cannot be changed or canceled. When these items arrive in Lithuania, you are obliged to complete payment. If you refuse, we may return the item to the supplier and a manufacturer return fee (~25 EUR) will apply, paid by the customer.
Order Modifications
It is not possible to add products or change the payment method after placing the order. In this case, please cancel (if eligible) and place a new order.

Customs & Taxes
Import Duties
H&R Showroom handles customs clearance. The customer is responsible for VAT, import duties, and any applicable taxes.
Return Exports
Customers are responsible for the export clearance costs of returned items.
Price Transparency
All prices are listed in EUR including Lithuanian VAT.
H&R Showroom is not liable for additional local customs duties or taxes applied outside the EU.
