1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the purchase and sale relationship between the buyer (hereinafter – the Customer) and the operator of the online store (hereinafter – the Seller).
By using our website and placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Ordering Products
Orders can be placed online 24/7.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and correct information when placing an order.
The Seller reserves the right to reject an order if the Customer provides incorrect information or if it is not possible to contact the Customer regarding order fulfillment.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT (if applicable).
The Seller reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. The price valid at the time of placing the order applies.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and online banking. Payments are accepted only in euros, using Shopify Payments and MakeCommerce payment systems.
Payments in the online store are processed via the MakeCommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475).
To process and confirm the payment, your personal data will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
4. Product Delivery
Products are delivered within the specified time after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery is carried out using the selected method (courier, parcel locker, or otherwise, depending on the chosen option).
Delivery costs and terms are provided during the checkout process.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by providing written notice (via email or contact form).
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property
All information on the website – including texts, images, design, logos, etc. – is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or used without the Seller’s written consent.
7. Liability
The Seller is not liable if the Customer has not read these terms, although they were given the opportunity to do so.
The Seller is not responsible for third-party service providers' actions (e.g., delivery or payment system disruptions).
The Customer agrees to use the website for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes shall be settled through negotiation, and if that fails – in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Seller’s registered address.
