In-store Pickup


• You can pick up your order at the H&R Showroom physical store, located at: Metalistų g. 2a-1, Šiauliai, LT-78107, Lithuania.
• Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

Shipping


• We ship all orders via Omniva, Venipak, LP Express parcel terminals or couriers.
• Free shipping in Lithuania for orders over 50 EUR.
• Free shipping to Latvia, Estonia, and Poland via Venipak for orders over 100 EUR

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the package size and destination country.
    • For products or orders over 15 kg, shipping costs are calculated individually.
    • Express shipping via DHL in Europe is available. Your order may be upgraded to express shipping from us or our suppliers, with delivery in a few days. Please note that express shipping costs approximately €30–€50 per item, depending on the destination.
  • In Lithuania, we also offer shipping via bus parcel services (delivery in a few hours to 1 business day, depending on whether your city has a bus parcel terminal). This option is especially recommended during the holiday season.

Stocked Items


Items available at the H&R Showroom are delivered within 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped only after payment is received.

Pre-order Items


If your ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated pickup/delivery date. Pre-order waiting times range from 1 to 6 weeks.
If the product is unavailable from our supplier, we will inform you immediately and refund your payment.

Order Receipt & Inspection


Upon receiving or picking up your order, please inspect the package and sign the invoice (waybill) or another delivery document.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, or discrepancies in the product set, note this on the invoice and inform us within 24 hours.

This includes:
• Damage not caused by manufacturing defects;
• Visible discrepancies in the product set that can be identified during external inspection.

 

Liability


If the item is lost during transport after it has been registered in our or our supplier's system and handed over to the courier, liability lies with the carrier. We do not compensate for courier-related damages or losses unless you have requested additional insurance for the order.
